For all projects, I require 100% upfront payment after we have confirmed the project details. This policy allows me to fully dedicate my time and resources to your project without interruption.
Timelines are professional estimates based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays. While I always strive to meet deadlines, unforeseen circumstances like illness can cause delays. I am committed to transparent communication and will always keep you updated.
Design & Video
The exact file formats are listed in the "Deliverables" section of the service you purchased. Please review the service description to confirm the formats included, as files not mentioned in the package are not included.
Each design service has a specific limit on the number of initial concepts and revisions, as detailed in the service description. Additional revisions can be requested for an extra fee.
Web & SaaS Development
Hosting and domain registration are not included. Clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own hosting to ensure they have full ownership. I can provide recommendations for reliable providers if needed.
I am responsible for the code and functionality of the website I build. However, I am not responsible for issues arising from your chosen hosting provider, such as server downtime or email configuration problems.
